TALISAY INMATES TO WED. LOVE IS GODS MOST POWERFUL WEAPON, IN LOVE ALL THINGS CAN BE CONQUERED

Seven couples attended today a pre-marriage counselling at the Talisay Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Facilitating the activity are the City Civil Registrar Head Rose Tiolo, Department of Social Welfare and Development Head Elizabeth Mosquera, City Population Officer Rochelle Sausi and the Talisay BJMP Warden Romeo Jamandre Eyoy.

Congratulations to the future spouses and thank you for showing us that love conquers all.
