City Mayor Neil Lizares led the awarding of farm tools and equipment to Punong Barangay Julio Siason of Barangay Cabatangan together with Executive Assistant for Sports Renel Garcia, Punong Barangays Cano Villacin of Zone 16, Mot Hinolan of Zone 12, Resty Tuvilla of Zone 10, Oliver Magdato of Zone 6 and Barangay Kagawad Ombing Toriano of Concepcion.
