Sixty beneficiaries participated in the Product Packaging, Labeling and Marketing Seminar happening now until tomorrow at the Minuluan Hall, Talisay City.

Sponsored by the City Cooperative and Livelihood and Development Office (CCLDO) under the leadership of the City Cooperative Officer Mrs. Caroline Tabianan, the 2-day seminar will equip and empower the participants in the skills to improve the profitability of their business.

A message was given by the City Mayor Neil Lizares III thru Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado.
