League of Sanggunian Secretaries of Occidental Negros (LESSON), Inc., new set of officers take oath before Mayor Neil Lizares, at the City Mayor's Office this morning.

Mayor Neil extended his warmest congratulations to the new set of officers especially to Talisay City Sangguniang Panlungsod Secretary Josel Faisan for having been elected as LESSON, INC. President for the term 2018-2019.
