The Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia arrives today for the 30th Anniversary of the Diocese of San Carlos. Mayor Lizares shall lead local officials of Talisay City and the rest of the faithful for the arrival honors proper for the permanent Vatican Ambassador to the Philippines as well as diplomatic representative of the Pope.

Caccia spends a brief visit in Talisay City before he motors to San Carlos City for the Pearl Jubilee celebration of the said diocese.
