TALISAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL — Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136, work in all City Government of Talisay offices is suspended today, Monday, September 28, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM, in observance of "Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga" Day and National Family Week.
This directive allows public servants and local government personnel to spend dedicated time with their families at home in line with nationwide efforts to promote family bonding and strengthen community values.
Vital Services & Transactions Guidance
Essential & Emergency Operations: Offices and frontline units delivering basic health services, disaster risk reduction and emergency response, peace and order, and other vital operations will remain fully functional to ensure uninterrupted public safety and emergency assistance.
Notice to Transacting Public: Members of the public are advised to complete their transactions and official inquiries before 1:00 PM today. Regular LGU operations will resume tomorrow, September 29, 2026.
