STI West Negros University Seals Partnership as Official Tabulator for Miss Talisay City 2026

STI West Negros University officially executed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City Government of Talisay and Acids Events Management, solidifying the university’s role as the Official Tabulation Partner for Miss Talisay City 2026.
The ceremonial signing was led by Ms. Marlyn E. Simondo, Talisay City PESO Manager and Miss Talisay 2026 Chairperson; Dr. Ryan Mark S. Molina, STI West Negros University President and Chief Operating Officer; and Mr. Ferdinand E. Limsiaco, Production Manager of Acids Events Management.
Key representatives witnessed the event, including Mr. Jazser Tapalla, Private Secretary to the City Mayor, and Ms. Melina Ablina, Miss Talisay 2026 Committee Member. Also representing STI West Negros University were Mr. Alexander E. Lopez Jr., Lead IT Specialist; Ms. Abigail A. Antonio, Communications Office Manager; and Mr. John Kenneth Anthony E. Losquite, Admissions Officer.
