LET US GUARD OUR GAINS. Mayor Neil Lizares orders the strict reimplementation of health and safety protocols due to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases in the City of Talisay.

1. Strict implementation of the correct use of face mask and face shield in public places;

2. Strict implementation of the curfew hours from 9PM- 4AM;

3. Limit the number of persons to only 150 inside the Talisay Public Market;

4. No mask, no faceshield, NO ENTRY in the Talisay Public Market;

5. The market will be closed for disinfection on Sundays at 2PM effective January 31;

6. Violators will be penalized and apprehended.
