Mayor Neil Lizares congratulates BARANGAY ZONE 2 with Punong Barangay Richel Mahandog, the latest addition as the 6TH DRUG-FREE BARANGAY in the City of Talisay. To date, 5 other barangays are already declared Drug-Free namely Barangay Zones 1, 8, San Fernando, Efigenio Lizares and Katilingban.
