City of Talisay thru the City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office (CCLDO) in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) conduct Seminar on Entrepreneurship and Marketing Strategies today, September 19 at the Dela Rama Hall.

A total of 35 participants from different local producers both associations and cooperatives benefit from the seminar.

This undertaking aims to develop the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in building and creating a business enterprise at the same time a process of doing something new and something different for the purpose of creating opportunities for income for the individual and adding value to the society.
