Mayor Neil Lizares releases the monthly internet allowance of Php1,500 each for the 51 Talisaynon Science High School Scholars today, at the Mayor's Office, facilitated by the Asst. City Administrator's Office.

In return, the Negros Occidental National Science High School, in Victorias City, through its Principal Emma Pondevilla-Dequito awarded Mayor Neil Lizares Certificate of Appreciation for the pervent and unwavering support he has continuously extended to all the Talisaynon Science High School Scholars, most especially for being a great benefactor of the school whose support contributes to the school's accomplishments and triumphs throughout the years.

The Certificate was received by Asst. City Administrator Ismael Penado, from Sam Maleficio, Negros Occidental National Science High School alumna and Talisay Science High scholar.
