Mayor Neil Lizares congratulates the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office headed by Spyxe Gutierrez after being a Fully Compliant Local Government Unit Awardee of the 22nd Gawad KALASAG Seal for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Humanitarian Assistance for the Local DRRM Councils and Offices category given by National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, thru the National Gawad KALASAG Committee.
