City of Talisay through the City Agriculture Office distributes 75 sacks of Palay Seeds to Talisay farmers and 10 new sets of pumpboats to 10 fisherfolks organizations in the city.

City Agriculture Head Jucella Sevilla and staff lead the Palay Seeds distribution in front of the City Hall and the pumpboats are awarded to the receipients together with Executive Assistant Raymund Gellekanao in Sitio Binalayan, Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City.
