Gone are the dark nights for the residents of Hacienda Virgen 2, Duplex and Sitio Estewetes, Barangay Efigenio Lizares, this city, as Mayor Neil Lizares III together with CENECO Talisay Board of Director, Noel Alarcon, CENECO Area Managers, Engr. Dennis Fernandez and Engr. Joseph Ea lead the Switch On ceremony in the said area, today, January 24, 2018.

In his message, Mayor Neil announces his commitment to continue to bring quality, effective and beneficial programs and projects for the people of Talisay. Another good news during the switch on program is the pronouncement of Mayor Neil to free the residents of the burden of paying the remaining P1,275.00 processing fee for their electric meters, with this, everybody will be able to have electric connection.

Thanks to the rural electrification program of #gwapongaserbisyo in partnership with Central Negros Electric Cooperatives, Inc. (CENECO), more rural ares in the city will soon be lighted.
