The Talisay City Health Office conducts "The OPLAN GWAPITO" a FREE CIRCUMCISION to all male Talisaynons from ages 10 years old above, with its start off activity at Dela Rama Hall, New City Hall Building, City of Talisay. This is a special project headed by Mayor Neil E. Lizares, Vice Mayor Sam Siote and The People's Team in their aim to bring services closer to the Talisaynons. Nilo E.
