Talisay City, Negros Occidental. Mayor Neil Lizares reconvenes the Talisay Local Inter-Agency Task Force to recalibrate the City's response to the continued easing of Covid-19 cases now standing at only 6 active cases and the declaration of certain areas in the country under Alert Level 1 including NCR and Bacolod City.
