Mayor Neil Lizares with Asst City Administrator, Ismael Penado, handed over 1 unit of brand-new Dell Laptop to Bernard Pesante of Barangay Zone 3, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration scholar at the Mapua Malayan Digital College.

Bernard can't help but become emotional and got teary-eyed when Mayor Neil handed him his new laptop and prepaid WiFi set, expressing how grateful he is for the assistance given to him by Mayor Neil, just in time for his online classes to start tomorrow.

Bernard finished his Senior High School Diploma, major in Humanities and Social Sciences at the Inocencio V. Ferrer Memorial School of Fisheries.
