Metro Third Cong. Kiko Benitez leads the DPWH AND LGUs COORDINATION MEETING ON THE FLASH FLOOD PROBLEM IN VICTORIAS CITY, EB MAGALONA, SILAY CITY AND TALISAY CITY in Nature's Village Resort, Talisay City. The meeting aims to push for solutions to the New Year's Day Flash Flood that caused damage to several barangays in various parts of the Metro Third District.
