BIKING TOURISM IN TALISAY. Mayor Neil Lizares III officiates the oath taking of the newly elected officers of the Talisay Bikers Association (TABA) at the Mayor's Office earlier this morning.

Earlier this month, TABA joined and sponsored the 1st Mayor Neil Lizares Bike Tournament during the 22nd Pasidungog Festival 2020.
