The training is designed to empower women by creating an opportunity to better understand their rights, creates avenue for both sexes to an open communication that leads to mutual respect and an environment of dignity.

A total of 80 city employees per session attend the whole day training coming from the different offices in the city.

Kudos to Talisay City Social Welfare and Development Office with head Elizabeth Mosquera and Asst. Head Dionela Madrona, Gender and Development Office with head EA Farah Jayme and Human Resource and Management Office with head Arlene Firmeza for facilitating the activity.
