Mayor Neil Lizares welcomes back all our Talisaynon youth to School Year 2022-2023. To all stakeholders- the parents, guardians, school heads, teachers and staff in running the schools, we are all partners in rebuilding our City. After a long wait of 2 years, the come back of face-to-face classes also brings back its own challenges.

MAYOR NEIL would like to remind all our men-in-uniform to take extra effort to keep the first day of school opening a success and in smooth transition. It takes the whole village to educate a child, let us all be united in rebuilding the future of Talisay City.

Lastly, the threat of Covid-19 is still out there, I would like to remind every Talisaynon to continue to practice the minimum health protocols of MASK-HUGAS-IWAS- BAKUNA+BOOSTER.
