The Negros Occidental Comprehensive Health Program (NOCHP) card distribution reached four barangays today, to include Zone 14, 14-A, 14-B, and Zone 15, with 538 total number of beneficiaries.

The office of Mayor Neil E. Lizares III in cooperation with the Office of Congressman Albee Benitez and representatives from the Province of Negros Occidental assisted in the distribution of the NOCHP identification cards.
