Mayor Neil E. lizares III leads Talisay City Government's 1st Flag Raising Ceremony for 2018. Mayor Neil give thanks and appreciation to all the great things and accomplishments of the previous year. 2017's success was a collaborative effort of all the city employees, department heads and city officials.
