MAYOR NEIL E. LIZARES COMPLETED THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE PHP 3.8 MILLION PESOS SENIOR CITIZEN TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE FOR THE 2ND QUARTER OF 2017.

Release of about half a million peso fund for the senior citizen transportation allowance culminated in Barangay Dos Hermanas, yesterday, July 13, 2017. Barangay Dos Hermanas has 928 beneficiaries for this program and as per records they have the biggest number of beneficiaries among the 27 barangays in the city. Transportation allowances for the senior citizens from the different barangays in the city were previously released in their respective barangays. At present, the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs with the direction of Executive Assistant for Multi-Sectoral Concerns, Ms. Farrah B. Jayme is preparing for the 3rd quarter distribution of PhP3.8 million pesos allotment for the said program benefiting about 9,000 senior citizens in the City of Talisay.
