Mayor Neil Lizares is committed to defending and securing the homeland of Talisay by providing the Talisay PNP Force with the resources they need to do their job effectively.

In addition to providing high-caliber guns and ammunition, vehicles, financial support, and assistance, Mayor Lizares has also turned over 70 concealed vests level 3A and 20 sets of hard armor level 3++ stand-alone plates to the Talisay PNP uniformed personnel and SWAT team.

These vests and plates will help to protect the police officers as they work to enforce the law and maintain peace and order in the city. They will also help to boost the morale of the police officers and make them feel more confident in their ability to protect the people of Talisay.

Mayor Lizares's commitment to investing in the peace and order of Talisay is a testament to his belief that a safe and secure homeland is essential for the well-being of all citizens.
