Mayor Neil Lizares and the City of Talisay will embark on a transformative journey as it foster a collaboration with the Office of Congressman Kiko Benitez and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), for its Drainage and Road Network Project, with Mayor Neil leading the meeting and presentation yesterday, November 14, at the Mayor's Conference room.
