MAYOR NEIL LIZARES through City Administrator, Atty. Jonathan Ealdama, issued a memorandum, requiring all offices and employee of Talisay LGU to strictly follow minimum health and safety protocols against COVID, such as wearing of facemask, sanitizing and observing good hygiene practices to prevent covid infection.
