Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson and Talisay City Mayor Neil Lizares signed a Deed of Usufruct for use of the provincial government property located at Brgy. Zone 12 Poblacion, Talisay City.
The ceremonial signing was held this afternoon at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City.

Mayor Neil Lizares convenes the Local Inter-Agency Task Force against Covid-19 to recalibrate on the City of Talisay's action plan, given the pending nationwide roll out plan of the vaccine, one year into successfully learning to live with the pandemic.
