Mayor Neil Lizares led the first meeting this afternoon of the newly activated Talisay City Emergency Operations Center (EOC) 24/7 at the Minulu-an Hall, Talisay Public Plaza attended by the EOC Team Organization members to respond to the growing threat over the outbreak of Covid-19 and the impending implementation of the province-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) on March 30-April 14, 2020.

Due to the ongoing threat and danger pose by CoViD-19, MAYOR NEIL LIZARES has ordered the setting up of border check points at WILCON and BANGGA CONCEPCION as a proactive precautionary measure and risk mitigating action to strengthen Talisay City’s bio-security plan in keeping our City virus-free.
