Three Talisaynons affected by flooding receive 7,000 pesos financial assistance from #gwapongaserbisyo personally turned over by Mayor Neil Lizares III today.

Beneficiaries are Roselyn L. Cioco of Barangay Zone 12, Mary Jane Tribaco and Evelyn Penuela of Barangay Zone 12A.
