City of Talisay welcomes police students of PSSLC (Public Safety Senior Leadership Course) Classes 01 and 02 of 2018. A total of 115 police students, 56 of whom are from class 01 and 59 from class 02, are here for their one week Enhance Community Immersion Program (ECIP) in the city with the theme: "Crime is Everybody's Concern and Public Safety is a Shared Responsibility".
