ATTY. WENG LIZARES through the Angels' Wings Hernan Lopez Foundation commits to the construction with the turnover of materials to be used for the building of the kapilya located in Hda. Antonio Cuenca, Barangay Dos Hermanas, Talisay City. She also took the chance to handover a framed picture of the Our Lady of Perpetual to be adorned in the finished chapel.

Atty. Weng also committed to donate the materials for the construction of the kapilya in Vista I, and 3 more carabaos to be dispersed to farmer beneficiaries in Barangay Matab-ang, Talisay City.
