The City of Talisay has been honored with the Gawad Serbisyong Matapat Award for 2024, recognizing its exceptional performance in social welfare services. The Local Social Welfare and Development Office (LSWDO) has successfully achieved Level 3 Functionality, the highest performance rating in a comprehensive Service Capacity Development Assessment covering 2022-2023.
