City of Talisay welcomes officials and delegates of the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.

A delegation of more than 50 visit Talisay City for a benchmarking of the city's best practices and initiatives in areas of Ecological Waste Management, Digitalized Business Permit and Licenses Program, Disaster Preparedness and Tourism Management.

Executive Assistant for LEIPO, Dr. Frances Mae Llamas leads the presentation of the city's Best Practices and notable programs and projects encapsulated in a short audio visual presentation.

City Supervising Senior Tourism Officer Renea Ferrer delivers a short presentation on the city's Best Tourism Management Practices and Spyxe Gutierrez on Disaster Preparedness and Social Services.

As part of Talisay City's treat and hospitality, the guests are given the opportunity to have a taste and bring home some of Talisay's delectable bitso-bitso and salted peanuts.
