EVEN on a Sunday, the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (TCDRRMO) showed what is to have a heart.

Showing support and love to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Negros Occidental-Bacolod City Chapter's Million Volunteer Run 4 (MVR4) this morning, Talisay's brave men-in-uniform of the Traffic Management Authority and the CDRRMO provided traffic and safety assistance to the participating runners as they entered and exited Talisay's area of jurisdiction.

The PRC Negros Occidental- Bacolod City Chapter wholehearted expressed its gratitude to the overwhelming support of Talisay City Mayor Neil Lizares that made their event a success.
