The First ever Rescue Emergency Truck in the City of Talisay is now ready to drill on its first mission. Talisay City Mayor Neil E. Lizares III himself ensured that the modernized rescue vehicle is in position for service setting out today. The truck is now parked in the ASEAN 50 Bacolod Task Force Staging Area to provide additional uptight security and reinforcement.
