Talisay City holds coordination meeting with Office of Civil Defense, Provincial Disaster Management Division Program and Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office together with City of Talisay Mayor Neil E. Lizares. In preparation for the upcoming ASEAN Summit where City of Talisay will be one of the host this March 2017.
