Department of Interior and Local Government Talisay Office spearheads the distribution of Tanod uniforms to a total of 294 barangay tanods from the 27 barangays in the City of Talisay.

Barangay tanods also received their P500.00 monthly allowance for the month of August.  This initiative is another flagship program of the #gwapongaserbisyo which aims to help and uplift the morale of the city's barangay peace keepers and protectors.
