CHRISTMAS, our most favorite time of the year is upon us once again. As we celebrate, let us truly remember and recollect the reason for this season, -- the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, his gift of salvation, and his abundant love for everyone. To my beloved Talisaynons, as much as we want to celebrate in the manner we were used to, our circumstances dictate otherwise. Thus, I encourage everyone to express the warmth of our love for family friends with the observance of protocols designed to keep us safe.
