Mayor Neil Lizares Signed CDRRMO Resolution No. 001 series of 2021
Mayor Neil Lizares III, Chairperson of the Talisay City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) signs Resolution No. 1 recommending to the Talisay Sangguniang Panlungsod the 'Declaration of a State of Calamity in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental' to effectively manage the rehabilitation campaign of the damage affecting 4,661 families cause by the New Year's Day flash flood.
