Mayor Neil Lizares congratulates Talisaynon Chess Champ, Jordaine Tupaz of Barangay Matab-ang, for winning 3rd Place in the Men's Physically Impaired Category during the 2021 National PARA Games Online PARA Chess Competition, on November 21, last year.

In recognition to his commendable and exemplary performance, the City Government of Talisay through the City Social Welfare Development Office, awarded Jordaine a Certificate of Recognition and a Cash incentive of Php10K, yesterday at the City Mayor's Office with City Mayor's Office's Chief of Staff, Marlyn Simondo and CSWDO Head, Dionela Madrona.
