This morning, Mr. Arjay Venus from the Office of Senator Cynthia Villar met with Mayor Neil Lizares III to promote the Farm School program through TESDA. A VILLAR: SIPAG project that encourages green social and community enterprises that provides sustainable livelihood and unsure food security. Mayor Neil is planning to pilot the program in selected schools and upland barangays in the city.
