Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) Head Frank Carbon paid a courtesy visit to Talisay City Mayor Neil E. Lizares III this morning.

Mr. Carbon with his staff Jeanelyn Jason and Edward Relator updated Mayor Neil of their proposal for a coastal development and mangrove protection project in Talisay City.

The MBCCI team was also met by City Administrator Jonathan Ealdama, Assistant City Administrator Ismael Penado, City Planning Development Office Head Marmelo Sausi, Solid Waste Management Head Warren Paduano and Executive Assistant for Promotions and Investment Dr. Frances Mae Llamas and Ramelo Morales.

The Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization. It was incorporated in 1986 and was voted the Most Outstanding Chamber in the Visayas in 1998, 1999 and 2000. MBCCI is a member of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
