Members of Regional Convergence Committee Conduct Field Visit in City of Talisay

The Regional Convergence Committee (RCC) composed of members from the different partner national private and government agencies had a courtesy call with Mayor Neil Lizares III at the City Mayor's Office.
Said committee is here in the city to conduct monitoring and evaluation activities to all the programs and projects of the national government's Sustainable Livelihood Programs, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4ps) and all the other projects implemented under the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office.
The RCC's Field Visit itinerary include the conduct of Family Development Session and Focus Group Discussion with the selected 4Ps parent beneficiaries in Barangay Zone 2, Facility Visit at Inocencio V. Ferrer Memorial School of Fisheries, and health facility visit of Barangay Zone 12's Health Center.
Gathered data and information from the mentioned activities will serve as guidance and basis on the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the program and provide provisions of support for the benefit of the beneficiaries from various national government agencies.
As a token of appreciation the team awarded certificates of appreciation to Talisay City Mayor Neil E. Lizares III and CSWDO Head ELizabeth Mosquera, respectively for their valuable and exemplary support to the undertakings of the committee and for the proper administration and implementation of the programs in the city.
